Lads 2 Leaders
This module tracks your congregation's participation in Lads to Leaders — which children are enrolled, which activities they've taken on, who's coaching each one, and what's been paid.
Everything is organized by year, because the program runs in yearly cycles and last year's roster shouldn't be tangled up with this year's.

An administrator creates each year before anything else can happen. Until that's done, parents opening the module see:

Each year carries its own activities, coaches, roster, and payment records. A year picker lets you move between them, so you can look back at a previous year without disturbing the current one.
Who sees what
The module shows a different screen depending on your part in the program:

A coach opening a child's record sees their activities and progress, with payment deliberately hidden. Money stays between the family and the administrators.
