Taking a Training
Working through the content
Open Training from your home screen to see what's assigned to you, each with its Due date.
Open one and work through its content items in order — videos to watch, PDFs to read, links to follow.
The quiz
If the training ends with a quiz, open it when you've been through the material.
Questions are either multiple choice or true/false. The submit button tracks your progress as you go — Submit (4/6 answered) — so you can see what you've skipped before sending it.
Passing
Score at or above the training's pass mark and you'll see Passed!. Choose Done and your completion is recorded.
Not passing
Score below it and you'll see Did Not Pass, with a Retry option.
There's no penalty for retrying. Go back over the material and take it again — the point is that you know the content, not that you got it right first time.
