For Coaches
Coaches are assigned per activity by an administrator. Once you're assigned, the module shows you the children in your activity and their progress.
Your roster
The coach roster lists the kids taking part in the activity you coach. Open one to see their record: their grade, the activities they're enrolled in, and how they're progressing.
What you can't see
Payment information is hidden from the coach view. You'll see a child's activities and progress; what the family owes or has paid isn't shown to you.
If a parent asks you about money, point them at the church office — you genuinely don't have the number in front of you.
Getting assigned
If you should be coaching an activity and it isn't showing up, an administrator assigns coaches from Year Setup — each activity has its own Coaches for {activity} list. Ask them to add you to the right activity for the current year.
Coach assignments are per year, so being a coach last year doesn't carry over automatically.
