Your family​

The parent view is titled My Family — {year} and lists each of your enrolled children with their grade, t-shirt size, and payment standing.

Before you've enrolled anyone it reads No kids enrolled yet, with a Sign up a kid button.

Signing a child up​

  1. Tap Sign up.
  2. Under Pick a kid, choose the child. They need to be in your household already — see Family Settings.
  3. Check the Grade shown is right for this year.
  4. Choose a T-shirt size if you know it. It's optional, and can be added later.
  5. Under Activities, pick everything they're taking part in. You must choose at least one.
  6. Tap Sign up.

Two things will stop you:

  • No child selected — Pick a kid to sign up.
  • No activities chosen — Pick at least one activity.

Payment​

Each child's card shows what's been paid against what's owed — for example $40.00 / $60.00 — with a status of PAID, PARTIAL, or UNPAID.

These figures are recorded by your church's administrators as payments come in. If something looks wrong, talk to them rather than re-enrolling the child.

What your child sees​

A child signed in to their own account sees My Activities — {year}: their own enrollments and nothing else. No payment details, and no other family's information.
