Online Giving

Overview​

The Online Giving module allows your congregation to access your church’s donation platform directly from ChurchNET.

This module functions like a built-in bookmark.
When tapped, it opens your church’s external giving page.

Common examples include platforms such as Tithely or other online donation services.

Configure Online Giving​

Only App Admins can configure this module.

  1. Open the Module Management screen.
  2. Locate the Online Giving module.
  3. Tap the module to configure it.
  4. Enter your church’s giving URL in the provided field.
    • Example: https://give.yourchurchname.org
  5. Save your changes.

How It Works​

Once enabled:

  • Members will see the Online Giving module in the app.
  • Tapping the module will open your church’s giving page in a secure browser view.
  • Members can complete their donations directly on your giving platform.

Important Notes​

  • ChurchNET does not process or store donations.
  • All payments are handled entirely by your external giving provider.
  • If your giving link changes, an App Admin must update the URL in Module Management.
