Linking an External Page

The Give tile is a shortcut to a donation page hosted somewhere else — Tithe.ly, PushPay, your bank's giving portal, or anything with a web address.

It's the simpler option: no setup beyond pasting a link, and your existing giving records stay where they are.

How it works​

Members tap Give and choose Open Giving Portal, which opens your donation page in the browser.

If no address has been set you'll see No giving link configured., and if the link can't be opened, Could not open link.

Setting the address​

  1. Open Module Management.
  2. Find the Give module.
  3. Enter the URL of your donation page.
  4. Save.

What this does and doesn't do​

  • ChurchNET doesn't process the payment — your existing provider does.
  • ChurchNET doesn't see the amounts, and nothing appears in Giving History.
  • If your giving page address changes, an admin has to update it here.

If you want contributions, funds, and history inside the app, use the Giving module instead.
