Attendance Reports

Once you've been recording attendance for a while, the module will show you the shape of it rather than just the numbers.

The chart​

Attendance is plotted over time, with three things you can change:

Comparing a single service across months is usually more revealing than looking at everything at once — Sunday morning and Wednesday evening tell you different things, and averaging them hides both.

Watch the guest line separately

The Guest view answers a question the total never will: are new people still coming? A steady overall figure can hide guests drying up while regular attendance holds — or the reverse, a healthy stream of visitors who never come back a second time.

Notification recipients​

You can have people notified about attendance without them having to open the app and go looking.

  1. Tap Add recipient.
  2. Use Search members to find the person. If nothing matches you'll see No members found.
  3. Choose Email, SMS, or both.
  4. Save.

You'll see Recipient added successfully. You must select a member and at least one method, or you'll get Please select at least one notification method (SMS or Email).
