History & Reporting

The History tab gives you a complete record of all messages sent from your church, organized into five views. Use it to track campaign delivery, review past messages, and monitor your monthly communication volume.


Campaign Queue

The Campaign Queue shows all campaigns you have sent, with a status indicator for each:

  • Pending — Queued and waiting to be processed
  • Processing — Currently being delivered
  • Sent — All messages delivered successfully
  • Partial — Some messages delivered, but some failed
  • Failed — The campaign could not be delivered

Tap a campaign to view its details, including:

  • Recipient count — How many people the campaign was sent to
  • Sent count — How many messages were delivered successfully
  • Failed count — How many messages could not be delivered

SMS History

The SMS History view shows a date-based log of all sent and received SMS messages. Use this to review individual text messages and verify delivery.


Email History

The Email History view shows a date-based log of all emails sent from your church. Each entry includes the subject line, recipient audience, and send date.


Audio Call History

The Audio Call History view shows a log of all audio call campaigns. You can tap a campaign to play back the recorded voice message that was delivered.


Monthly Totals

The Monthly Totals view provides aggregated communication statistics broken down by month:

  • Emails sent — Total email messages sent during the month
  • SMS sent — Total text messages sent during the month
  • SMS received — Total inbound text messages received during the month

Use this view to monitor your church's communication volume over time and identify trends.
