Uploading Videos
Uploading
Choose to upload a video and pick the file. The screen shows File Details while it transfers.
Once the upload finishes, the video is handed to the processing pipeline. It won't be watchable the instant the progress bar fills — processing takes a little time, particularly for a long service.
If an upload fails, a Retry option appears rather than making you start over from the file picker.
Sermon details
Fill these in while you remember them. They're what makes the library searchable a year from now, and they're what the AI assistant reads when answering questions.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Title | The sermon title |
| Speaker | Who preached it |
| Sermon Date | The date it was delivered, which may not be the date you uploaded it |
| Series | The series it belongs to, if any |
| Description | A summary, the text, anything worth finding later |
Tap Save. You'll see Metadata saved.
These are the two fields members actually browse by — "that series on Philippians," "the lesson the visiting preacher gave." A library of untitled files with no speaker is a library nobody uses.
