The guest detail screen shows everything about a specific guest — their profile information, visit history, contact log, and available actions.
Profile Section
The top of the detail screen displays the guest's profile:

- Status — Current status (New, Assigned, Contacted, Connected, or Closed)
- Classification — First-Time, Returning, or Frequent based on visit count
- Email — Email address if provided
- Phone — Phone number if provided
- Address — Mailing address if provided

- Prayer Request — Any prayer request submitted by the guest
Visits Section
Below the profile, the visits section lists every attendance record for this guest. Each entry shows:
- Date of the visit
- Service name (e.g., Sunday Morning Worship, Wednesday Evening)
This history helps you understand how often the guest has visited and which services they attend.
Contact Log
The contact log shows a chronological history of all interactions with this guest. Each entry includes who made contact, when, the method used, and any notes recorded.
This provides a complete picture of your team's outreach efforts so nothing is repeated or missed.
Actions
The actions menu on the detail screen provides several options:
Assign
Assign the guest to a team member who will be responsible for follow-up. The guest's status will change to Assigned.
Update Status
Manually change the guest's status to reflect their current stage in the follow-up process (New, Assigned, Contacted, Connected, or Closed).
Log Contact
Record an interaction with the guest. When logging a contact, you will provide:
- Type — Phone, Email, Text, In-Person, or Other
- Direction — Inbound or outbound
- Outcome — Result of the interaction
- Notes — Any additional details about the conversation
Logged contacts appear in the contact log section.
Add Follow-Up
Create a follow-up task for this guest. See Follow-Ups for details on creating and managing follow-up tasks.
Merge Duplicates
If a guest has been checked in under slightly different names (e.g., "Bob Smith" and "Robert Smith"), you can merge duplicate records into a single guest profile. This combines visit history and contact logs from both records.
