Profile Updates
Overview
ChurchNET automatically keeps your Directory information up to date.
All devices will automatically download updated Directory content approximately every 30 days.
However, you can refresh the Directory at any time if recent changes are not yet visible.
When You Should Manually Refresh
You may want to reload the Directory if:
- A phone number was recently changed
- A family member was added or removed
- A profile photo was updated
- You were given new permissions
- You cannot see a new user in the Directory
How to Refresh the Directory
- Open the Directory module.
- Locate the refresh button at the top of the screen.
- Tap the refresh icon.
Your device will immediately download the newest Directory data.
Important Notes
- Refreshing does not change any information — it only downloads updates.
- Other members may need to refresh their Directory to see your recent profile changes.
- Automatic updates will still occur even if you never manually refresh.
